
During this pandemic of the corona virus , life has changed us a lot. We have to stay at home and teaching virtual from home. Our Yoga shala is currently only virtually active to continue serving the community. Please support us to join our virtual class and training.
In this 90 minutes Master Class Inside Flow we will learn a new flow with new year transitions to celebrate the entering of 2021. New Flow, New Songs, New Transitions will be very fun! So don't miss it.
Entering the new year 2021, Martasya Yoga Shala will reopen the yoga classes online and offline. Before the vaccine for Covid-19 being injected, we will continue open only ONLINE yoga classes via ZOOM and facebook closed group as additional live stream to follow the government rules. After the vaccine injection we are planning to open gradually for offline classes by pre booking, in paralel to online classes.
Our Yoga Classes have 5 days a week in the morning and 3 days a week in the evening, total 8 Classes per week or 32 Classes per month. All classes are live and we provide also recording classes in case our members can't live stream together with us during the practice.
STHIRA YOGA is the fusion of somatic gentle movements in combination with the modern Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to achieve a meditative mindful yoga practice, which connected the mind, body and soul for happy and healthy life. Sthira Yoga practice is focusing on the alignment of the body, mobility of the joints, flexibility and stability of the muscles. The practice is suitable for all level. Sthira Yoga Mobility & Flexibility on Monday morning, will give you a yummy whole day feeling. Sthira Slow Flow with Yin Yoga on Monday evening will make you sleep better.
Sthira Yoga Alignment on Tuesday morning using Props such as Chair, Belt, Towel, Bolster, Wheel, Stick will give you a better experience of yoga practice in different way to achieve your goal of practice.
Sthira Power Vinyasa on Wednesday morning is a booster to improve your body strength to achieve stability in the mind and body. Strong practice is needed to empower the potential within you. Some challenges will be offered in this class to overcome your fear.
INSIDE FLOW and VINYASA FLOW with INSIDE STYLE are both the favorit classes from Martasya Yoga Shala as this classes focus practice is about Transitional non static movements which built the endurance of your yoga practice through sweat and cardiotic yoga. Music is the driver for this class. Music speaks when the words failed. We suggest for beginners into INSIDE FLOW please take the Basic Inside Flow class on Friday evening, where we will guide through very slow pace of transitional movements learning phase.

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa flow yoga using the music as the guidance for the movement and the breath to connect with the heart. It is like you are singing with your body. The yoga sequence is built to find your Maha Guru INSIDE you.
Martasya Yoga Academy is an international qualified Yoga Academy based on Hatha & Vinyasa curriculum registered in Yoga Alliance RYS 200 program. We divide our program into;
1. 100 hours (50%) Hatha Yoga called STHIRA YOGA,
2. 100 hours (50%) INSIDE FLOW vinyasa in conjuction with TINT YOGA ACADEMY
Learn the first pillar of Inside Flow - "THE EVOLUTION". In this basic part of training, students will learn the modern evolution of YOGA ALIGNMENT according to INSIDE YOGA style, the Yoga Anatomy, Vinyasa transitions of different gravity movements, 6 sequences of Basic, Intermediate and Advance Flows. The training will be held in 3 weekends @5hours a day from 8 AM - 13 PM (Jakarta/Bangkok/Hochiminh time). The purpose of this Basic Flow Training is to understand the movements and transitions that will be used for the next levels training.
Learn the second pillar of INSIDE FLOW - "MUSIC". Music is the best media to touch the soul of people when words failed. In this LEVEL 1 training 30 hours, students will learn how to analyse songs, understand the different styles of music and applying the Vinyasa Transitions from Basic Level fitting to the beat and the energy of the music for Inside Flow on Beat Vinyasa. Students will start to learn the techniques how to teach Inside Flow on Beat.
Learn the most important pillar of INSIDE FLOW YOGA - "FIND THE MAHAGURU INSIDE US". Deepening Inside Flow techniques of sequencing, build up vinyasa and teaching in a group. Build up the confident to teach Inside Flow. Learn the how to start your carrier as Inside Flow Yoga Teacher.
Let's learn the Inside Flow Yoga properly to be able to to move in Vinyasa Flow on Beat and understand the anatomy and bio mechanical transition movements to save your body from injury. Make your self practice more fun! The training is devided in 3 parts 10 hours.

STHIRA YOGA PART 1 is the basic foundation of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga style that is developed by Martasya Yoga Academy. The Sthira Yoga is a modification of modern Hatha Yoga that combining gentle somatic movements, yin, hatha and vinyasa yoga that taking principle of safety yoga practice using the upgraded bio mechanical movements and deep understanding of yoga anatomy. In this modul students also will learn the yoga philosophy, basic principle of teaching yoga online and offline with good communication skills.
In STHIRA YOGA PART 2 students will learn all the basic knowledge about Yoga using props as helping tools to get a better alignment of the body. Standard Props like belt, blocks, chair, blanket and bolster is a MUST to know how to use to modify different yoga asanas. Students will learn also modern props yoga such as yoga wheel, wall ropes, hammock and combination of other props to optimize the alignment in yoga practice and also to use for special treatment of healing process such as spine problems, back pain, shoulders and neck pains.
In the last part of STHIRA YOGA Training, students must learn how to sequence a yoga class for hatha and vinyasa with focus on the core and strength practice. In this part students will learn the classical Ashtanga Yoga as the root of modern Hatha Vinyasa Yoga style, Advance Pranayama and meditation. Students will learn the business of yoga, code of conduct as yoga teachers and also communication skills for public speaking such as online live stream and presentation. The last part will be Teaching Assessment to certify as yoga teacher.
