Welcome to our RYS 200 & RYS 300 hours yoga training program!
This program is designed to help you become a registered yoga teacher (200 & 500 RYT) with American Yoga Alliance Standard and share your passion for yoga with others.

Martasya Yoga Academy is an international qualified Yoga Academy based on Hatha & Vinyasa curriculum registered in Yoga Alliance RYS 200 & RYS 300 program. We divide our program into;

1. 220 hours  Hatha Vinyasa Yoga called STHIRA YOGA, 

2. 80 hours  Elective program INSIDE FLOW Vinyasa Yoga.

Senior lead teachers Martin Elianto and Tasya Dante guide you through an amazing  program introduces students to the traditional styles of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar Yoga. These are all respected and well-established styles of Yoga that have been practiced for centuries.

Hatha Yoga is a physical practice that involves the use of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. It is a gentle and slow-paced style of Yoga that is suitable for all levels of experience.

Vinyasa is a more physically demanding style of Yoga that involves a set sequence of postures that are performed in a flowing manner. It is known for its focus on physical strength and stamina.

Props Yoga is a style of Yoga that emphasizes precise alignment and the use of props, such as blocks and straps, to assist students in achieving proper form in each posture. It is a highly therapeutic form of Yoga that is suitable for people of all ages and levels of ability.

Start with the STHIRA YOGA Teacher Training PART 1 that we offer for just 30 hours, so you can get to know the most basic techniques for sharing yoga by learning the philosophy, anatomy, and basic knowledge of Hatha yoga.

Martasya Yoga Academy has two highly dedicated teachers with their respective expertise in their field. They are Martin Elianto and Tasya Dante as Lead Trainers who will provide yoga lessons directly from yoga training, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, teaching methodology to teaching practicum.
Martin and Tasya started their yoga teaching career in early 2012 at Martasya Yoga Shala Bogor and a large gym in the city of Bogor. Martin and Tasya have been deeply immersed in various types of yoga since the beginning, and eventually focused on Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, which was developed into STHIRA YOGA in 2020. Sthira Yoga is a unique collaboration of somatic movements, Hatha yoga, and Vinyasa yoga to achieve a meditative and optimal yoga practice for the mind, body, and soul.
In 2016, Martin and Tasya traveled to Frankfurt, Germany to study INSIDE FLOW YOGA directly from Master Young Ho Kim. Since 2017, Martin & Tasya have been conducting Inside Flow Yoga workshops and were honored as the first Senior Inside Flow Teachers in Southeast Asia in 2019 to present.

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga bersama @susanyohanesyoga (E-RYT500 Yoga Alliance, YACEP)
1. Pengenalan dari Hatha/Vinyasa
2. Teknik Yoga Alignment yang sudah  ber evolusi sehingga kita bisa berlatih dengan  benar dan nyaman (Sthira Sukam Asanam)
3. Mempelajari penggunaan Basic Props (Wall, Straps/handuk)
4. Modifikasi asana agar semua peserta dapat melakukan dengan nyaman


Yin Yoga bersama @elphierachristie (RYT500,E-RYT200)

1. Pengenalan tentang Yin Yoga
2. Mengenal target area dalam  Yin yoga yang akan dilatih dengan melakukan penahanan pose dalam waktu yang relatif lebih lama dan dalam keadaan otot target area yang rileks dibandingkan dengan latihan hatha atau vinyasa.
3. Mengenal pose-pose dalam yin yoga baik menggunakan props ataupun tanpa props untuk mendapatkan manfaat Yin yoga yg dapat membantu menenangkan pikiran dan melepas ketegangan pada otot dan fascia.

Somatic Yoga bersama Okti Qadriani
1. Pengenalan tentang dasar dan teknik Somatic Yoga
2. Gerakan Somatic yang dapat membantu keseimbangan postural tubuh untuk mengatasi rasa tidak nyaman di tubuh
3. Gerakan Somatic juga dapat mengedukasi ulang sistem saraf pusat dan otot yang teribat untuk Self Heali

Modul 1 - Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Anatomy & Philosophy

Sthira Yoga is the basic foundation of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga style that is developed by Martasya Yoga Academy.
The Sthira Yoga is a modification of modern Hatha Yoga that combining gentle somatic movements, yin, hatha and vinyasa yoga that taking principle of safety yoga practice using the upgraded bio mechanical movements and deep understanding of yoga anatomy.
In this modul students also will learn the yoga anatomy, philosophy, basic principle of teaching yoga online and offline with good communication skills. 

Modul 2 - Hatha Yoga

STHIRA YOGA Modul 2 – PROPS YOGA & ALIGNMENT. In STHIRA YOGA Modul 2 students will learn all the basic knowledge about Yoga using props as helping tools to get a better alignment of the body. Standard Props like belt, blocks, chair, blanket and bolster is a MUST to know how to use to modify different yoga asanas. Students will learn also modern props yoga such as yoga wheel, wall ropes, hammock and combination of other props to optimize the alignment in yoga practice and also to use for special treatment of healing process such as spine problems, back pain, shoulders and neck pains.

Modul 3 -
Thai Yoga Stretching & Yoga Healing

June 1st & 2nd 2024

Learn with the master of Thai Yoga Stretching and Massage Ms. Kae Watcharin from Thailand. In this module, we will also learn yoga healing with different techniques. 

Modul 4 - Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Sequencing & Teaching skills
June 8th - 9th 2024
08:00 - 18:00 WIB - 20 hours

Learn how to sequence class of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with different techniques based on target of achievements in the class that make students understand their body with mindfulness and correct alignments cueing techniques. 

Modul 5
Restorative, Yin & Somatic Yoga
June 15th - 16th 2023
08:00 - 17:00 WIB - 15 hours

Learn the basic principles of Restorative, Yin and Somatic Yoga with our faculty teachers Elphiera & Okti who are the experts in this field with teaching experiences for more than 7 years.
