It is always a good idea to start with a beginner class, regardless of your prior experience with yoga. This will give you the opportunity to review the basic principles of yoga and build a strong foundation for your practice.

Even if you have done Hatha or Vinyasa before, it is important to remember that every teacher has their own unique style and approach to teaching. A beginner class will allow you to get a feel for the specific teaching style and pace of the instructor and ensure that you are practicing safely and correctly.

If you are new to a specific studio or style of yoga, it is always a good idea to communicate with the instructor beforehand to let them know of your experience level and any injuries or limitations you may have.
